Yes, just because we don’t manage your property does not mean we can’t sell it. We must however follow the correct procedure of contacting both tenant and agency notifying them in writing on the correct forms.

It’s simple! After viewing your current agreement and providing you are not exclusively listed we can act on your behalf immediately once we have the authority to do so from you in writing.
If you are exclusively listed with another agent we will do our best to work with them throughout the sales process to ensure we find the right buyer for you also.
An exclusive agreement with an agent is not to last any longer than 90 days by law. Once this 90 day period has expired you can either sign up with your current agent again or enlist the services of a new agent.
